This seems to be the same/similar Java/JRE error that was causing problems with ZD7.2.5.
Zclient.IO_ERROR: Remote host closed connection during handshake. When we try to add a new email account of type Zimbra, we get the following error message: She took her laptop to the Apple Store, where they removed old copies of ZD and also old copies of JRE.
We thought ZD 7.2.7 would fix the problem but it has not. This is my first time posting here, so maybe I don't properly understand how it works. Yes, I've clicked the blue "+ New" button in upper right. But when I tag it as a question, shows me old questions and doesn't seem to permit me to actually enter my new question. This is intended as a Question, not a Discussion.
